There are a lot of good people doing good things and I think highly of them. They are doing whatever they can for a better world. Saying that, I am not so easily impressed. I can of course try to analyze why it is so yet I will just leave it and repeat again I am not easily impressed. (feel free to comment why you think I find it hard to be impressed). Anyways, last week I attended #Influence18, what an experience that was. I hope you've read my precious article and found it interesting. I met many many interesting people with a genuine desire and passion to serve and assist their community [...]

    Reflecting moment after #influence18

Just grabbed a cup of coffee I so needed after my flight from Dallas to Rejkjavik. I'll be here for a short while and next stop is Stockholm and already tomorrow, on thursday I am off again to Istanbul, my home town. Before that, I feel like reflecting on #influence18. It was my fist NSA conference and I looked forward to it. I see myself as a person with a natural gift of networking and wanted to meet a lot of new people and make many many connections and I did. It's been been a while, soon 2 years, since I was in Tanxania, where I met new cuture and very exciting, sometimes mysterious personalities. I also met myself and tested my own limits in my attempt to climb to the top of Kilimanjaro, 5896 masl. I had prepared myself and have been training bith mentally and phisycally. Long story short, I did not make it to the top, I was short with a few hundred meters at the end. My take from this amazing experience is, every challenge, regardless how big small it may be, require preparations, not only that, it also require discipline and patience. [...]

You may possibly will identify yourself in some, if not all, of the four behaviors of inclusive leaders. As an employee you may have seen these behaviors at management level. I have tried to dig deep for the answer, "what does a leader do which make employees feel included?" I have interviewed people from different industries, in different management positions. I also asked "the man in the mirror" to find the answer for this magical question. I have come to an understanding and convinced that it's the inclusion at a workplace which helpds enterprises to be more profitable. When the [...]
